ORDERING
How do I place an order online?
Step 1: Shopping cart
Choose the item you want to purchase, and click "Add to Cart."
This will lead you to the "Shopping Cart Page."
Click "Remove" if you change your mind about an item.
Click "Update Qty" if you want to change the quantity.
Click "Keep Shopping" to continue shopping.
Click "Check Out" when you are finished.
Step 2: Check out
Shipping: Enter your shipping and billing address. Please make sure the addresses are correct. Use "Shipping Calculator" to get an estimate of the shipping options and charges. Enter a coupon code if available in "Coupons Code/Promotional Code."
Payment: Enter your payment method. We gladly accept major credit cards and PayPal. If paying by cashier's check or money order, please make payment payable to VoiKex. We cannot accept personal checks.
Step 3: Order Review
Review your order to make sure all the information is correct.
Step 4: Order Confirmation
Once you are finished, we will send you a confirmation of your order via email. We will confirm your shipment via email once we have received your payment within one to two business days of placing your order.
Can I order by fax or mail?
Place items in your shopping cart online and continue through check out. Choose your method of shipping for estimated cost. You can fill out the information on the fax order form. Online fax order form.

How can I check the status of my order?
babykick will send you an order confirmation by email if you provided your email address when placing your order. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is shipped. You can track your package at ups.com. Orders shipped via the U.S. Postal Service may not be assigned a tracking number. You can also contact customercare@babykick.com for your order status.
What can I do if I did not receive an order confirmation?

What can I do if I am having trouble placing my order?
If you're having a problem completing your order, please email us at customercare@babykick.com or call us toll-free at 1-877-422-2954, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Pacific Time.
How can I change or cancel my order?
We strive to ship your item as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to accommodate a cancellation or change providing your order has not reached the order processing stage or has not already been shipped. If your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled; however, it may be returned. If you have a question about your order, please email us at customercare@babykick.com or call us at 1-877-422-2954, Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Pacific Time. To expedite the cancellation process, you must contact us by phone as soon as possible after submitting your order to ensure proper cancellation.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
If an item goes out of stock after you place your order, we will remove the out-of-stock item from your order and you will not be charged for it. We will send a email notification regarding the item.

What payment methods do you accept?
We honor all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB. We accept PayPal, Cashiers' Checks and Money Orders. Please make all Cashier's Checks and Money Orders payable to VoiKex.

Is it safe to use my credit card?
babykick.com is hosted by Yahoo! Merchant Solutions, which uses industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to encrypt and scramble all personal information so that it may not be read by others as it travels over the internet. Credit card information is only transmitted securely to our secure servers and is not stored on our servers.
NOTE: E-mail is not encrypted, so please do not transmit your credit card number via e-mail.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged once your items are shipped. If your order is split or divided into more than one shipment, you will be charged for the items by each portion of the order as it is shipped. There's no extra shipping charge when your order is split.
Your billing address must match your bank's records. If you use an international credit card, you may need to provide us with a Fax Authorization to 1-866-381-7208 with a copy of the credit card and copy of picture ID.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
VoiKex, is a California-based company. State laws require us to collect 7.75% sales tax on all orders shipped within California, where we have physical presence.
SHIPPING
What are the shipping methods and delivery time?
We offer several shipping options for your convenience. Orders are shipped via Priority Mail at a flat rate of $6.95 whether you order one item or 10 items. We do our best to process and ship all orders received before 2 p.m. PST on the same day.
You also have the option to ship Next Day Air or Second Day Air. The additional charge is calculated during checkout.
All weekday orders received after 2 p.m. PST will not be processed until the following business day. UPS does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Saturday and Sunday orders will not be processed until Monday.
Note: Orders shipped to APO/FPO, US Territories including Puerto Rico are at a flat rate of $9.95. Items may only be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service and cannot be expedited.
Things to know on Shipping:
- Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday) excluding federal holidays within the United States. Please allow 1 week before any major holiday to ensure on-time delivery.
- All orders require 24 - 48 hours for processing time. We strive to process and ship the same day. All orders received after 2:00 p.m. PST will be processed on the following business day. This applies to ALL shipping methods.
- Our carriers DO NOT process orders on weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 2 p.m. PST on Friday will not be processed until Monday.
- Orders shipped via Next-Day Air will arrive Monday - Friday only.
Shipping costs are non-refundable for unclaimed, undeliverable or returned items, unless the error was made by babykick. Please double check your shipping address at Check Out.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide. Our carriers are USPS and UPS. We have no control over what a country will charge. It is the receiver's responsibility to pay all Taxes, Custom Charges and Duty Fees. These charges can be nominal or up to 50 % of the price of the purchase items.
IF YOU REFUSE THE ITEMS AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY BECAUSE YOU DON'T WANT TO PAY THE TAX YOU WILL STILL BE CHARGED FOR THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS, THE TAX/DUTIES/CUSTOM CHARGES, AND THE RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES. THIS AMOUNT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR PACKAGE REFUND.

Can you ship to a different address other than my billing address?
We can ship to an address other than your billing address provided that your billing address matches your credit card bank records.
What do I do if I only receive part of my order?
Sometimes we "split" your order into two or more shipments so you can receive your items sooner. There is no extra shipping charge when your order is split. You pay for your order once, even if it is split into several shipments.
What if I gave the incorrect shipping information?
Please check your shipping information before you complete the check out process. You will be responsible for the return shipping and delivery costs if a package is returned to babykick.com due to providing an incorrect shipping address.
What if I refuse the order at delivery?
If an order is refused, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs to babykick.com. Orders returned due to insufficient addresses will be processed as a refusal.
RETURNS
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. The order comes with a 21-day money-back guarantee. You can return an item within 21 days of receipt for a refund with proof of purchase, excluding shipping fees.
NOTE: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return or damage was our error. Return must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please contact Customer Service Department at 1-877-4babykick (1-877-422-2954)
If the product is purchased though locations other than babykick.com, please return the product to the original purchase location with proof of purchase.
How do I return an item?
Try kickTrak at home, risk free. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase on the babykick website, you may return within 21 days of receipt for a refund, excluding shipping fees.

1) Use the original box and packing material to prevent damage in transit.
2) Clearly print your return authorization number to the label affixed to your order receipt and return with your shipment.
3) Send your return via United Parcel Service or insured U.S. mail, using the return address label attached to the front of the packing slip to:

Any return shipping costs are your responsibility.
1) Please make sure you keep all tracking information of the returned package
2) All documentation, parts and accessories need to be included with returned merchandise to receive a full refund.
3) Items sent unauthorized or without a documented Return Authorization will be refused and returned at your expense.
4) To protect your security, refunds will be credited back to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
5) An e-mail notification will be sent once your package has been received and processed by our returns department. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing.
What if my items are lost or damaged?
Upon receiving your package, please check the contents immediately and report any discrepancies or damages within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Keep all merchandise and packaging in the original condition as it is delivered. Carriers may take 7 to 10 days to process the claims issued on damaged or lost orders. Once a claim has been initiated and processed, a replacement will be sent. Lost packages are usually located by the carrier and delivered. We will make every effort to correct the situation.
What if my item is defective?

How long will it take to receive my refund or credit?
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days. Please allow at least one complete billing cycle for your refund to appear on your credit card statement.
